Dernièrement sur youtube:
Dear Ones,

Dear Ones,
I wrote the following text, like all the others, to help myself grow, to nourish and strengthen my soul through the vibration of words. I write what I would like to read, hear AND what I want to live in the present AND create in the future. It heals, soothes, regenerates and brings me to life. Being a mother to oneself is a courageous act that makes us responsible for and creators of the Love we have for each other. This act frees us from our position of vain expectation towards parents/adults/relatives who have not properly nourished our emotional needs.
This text was also inspired by all the maternal gestures emanating from many beings on a daily basis, whatever their age, sex, gender or family status. On this Mother's Day in France, I invite you to take a few moments to become the best mother you can be. For my part, I took a little time out on Friday, World Eating Disorder Day, to treat myself and those in need to a beautiful sensory and vocal meditation. A 'motherly' way of taking care of myself and others through the practice of body.voice.words.
Being a mother to oneself also means validating our daily choices with heartfelt awareness, free from false beliefs and critical inner voices.
Finally, this text is also for C., who became a child again when losing his mom, and has since grown so much in his adult body.heart to still empower the world with his art.
